- 2000 Garford Manufacturing Company Limited was established in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ( HKSAR ).
- 2000 Hoi Ming Plastic Products Factory was established in Long Gang, Shenzhen, China.
- 2001 Garford and Hoi Ming achieved ISO9001:2000 certification.
- 2002 Set up of Electronics Department with ASM Bonding machines.
- 2003 Yamaha Mini Module Mounter ( Surface Mount Technology SMT ) installed.
- 2005 Hoi Ming achieved C-TPAT certification.
- 2005 Hoi Ming achieved ICTI certification.
- 2006 Second Mini Module Mounter ( SMT ) installed.
- 2008 Garford and Hoi Ming achieved IECQ QC08000 certification.
